Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of Practicle and Practicle Inspections can find the right contact path for requests to delete personal information or app-related user data.


1. How to request deletion

Practicle is delivered as a SaaS installation for each individual customer. If you use Practicle or Practicle Inspections through your workplace or organization, deletion requests should generally be directed to the organization's administrator or data controller.

In Practicle Inspections, the organization can specify a data deletion email address that is shown directly in the mobile app settings.

If you do not know who to contact in your organization, you can write to support@practicle.dk, and we will help point you in the right direction.

2. What data can be deleted

We can process requests to delete personal information, app-related user data, support requests, and other information that can be linked to your user account or device.

If your account is a work or company account, Practicle normally processes data on behalf of your organization. In those cases, we may need to coordinate deletion with the organization's administrator or data controller.

3. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained if necessary for security, audit, operational, or legal reasons. This may include technical log data, event history, or information that the customer is required to retain.

4. Processing time

We confirm receipt of your request and process it as soon as possible. If the request requires approval from your organization, we will inform you about the next steps.
