11. Is Practicle GDPR compliant?

Yes. Practicle is built according to privacy-by-design principles with role-based access control (RBAC), event logging, strong encryption and separated databases. For our SaaS customers we provide a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that ensures full compliance with GDPR art. 28, and all processing takes place within the EU (Germany). For an On-Premises special installation the DPA does not apply as a starting point, because we do not have access to your database — only if you expressly request technical assistance that involves access to personal data.

12. How do I get support?

If you have a support agreement, you can contact us by email or directly through the system.

13. Can Practicle integrate with other systems?

Yes. Practicle has a REST API and supports integration with AD and Slack.

Yes, the system is modular and supports custom fields, workflows, and integrations.

15. How is Practicle updated?

For SaaS, updates are applied automatically. For an On-Premises special installation, updates follow the separate installation agreement.

16. How secure is Practicle and where is data stored?

Security is a top priority. For SaaS, Practicle is hosted in ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centres in Germany (EU) with full encryption (in transit and at rest), redundancy and automated backup routines. For an On-Premises special installation the solution runs within your own secured network, where you control server operations and storage.
